Anthony Harris, a two-year starter for the CIFL's Rock River Raptors will sign a contract with the NFL's Carolina Panthers. Harris, a 6-foot-4, 297-pound defensive lineman out of Western New Mexico worked out with the Carolina Panthers nearly two months ago.

Harris will sign a contract on Friday morning that will give him chance to compete at the two-week rookie minicamp, if he performs well enough there, he will then be offered a contract to compete in training camp.

The AFL's All-Time Passing Leader Record On The Line

Soon another Arena Football record will be broken. The AFL's current All-Time passing yardage record is held by Andy Kelly of the Georgia Force whose 42,528 is just 265 yards away from being history. This Monday night Shedrick Bonner of the Chicago Rush will face off against the winless Kansas City Brigade. With just 265 yards Bonner will be the AFL's All-Time yardage leader.

By the end of the year though it could be either Bonner or Clint Dolezel of the Dallas Desperados that holds the record. Dolezel is just a good game away from catching Bonner. At 42,031, Dolezel has an equal shot at holding the record. Either way, these two guys are sure the greatests to ever play.

Donruss Releases Elite Extra Edition - Featuring Clint Dolezel

This past December Donruss released the 2007 Elite Extra Edition. This set was made up of some of colleges all-time most influential people and sports figures. Within the base common 92-card set includes the #82 Clint Dolezel card but that isn't the only card of his that can be found in this Elite Edition. In all, twelve Clint Dolezel cards can be found throughout the various sub-sets that include Throwback Threads, Die-Cut Autographs and more.

Although this complete set will not be listed in the next edition of "The Official Indoor And Arena Football Trading Card Guide", we will feature the Clint Dolezel cards from this set. What makes these cards different from other mainstream cards is that these are of Dolezel long after his NFL days and it pays tribute to his AFL success. Check out the 12 cards are their current market values.
